The IBERIAN TASTES TOUR is a unique experience that brings together two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: one recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (the Mediterranean diet) and the other as a World Heritage Site (the historic centre of Évora).

Itinerary for the Tastes of Alentejo Tour:
Day 1
- Departure from the Lisbon area
- Évora – Guided walking tour of the historic centre and a Mediterranean-style lunch
- Visit to our partner winery for a tasting of wines and regional produce
- São Pedro do Corval - Portugal’s largest pottery centre; visit the pottery workshop
- Monsaraz - Visit to the castle and a Mediterranean-style dinner (Overnight stay)
Day 2
- Departure from Monsaraz
- Barrancos – a Portuguese village with strong links to Spain
- Jabugo – Visit to a producer of black pigs, with a tasting of “Pata Negra” ham
- Serpa - Castle
- Beja - Visit to the castle and historic centre of the capital of the Lower Alentejo
- Alcácer do Sal - Castle
- Arrival in the Lisbon region - End of the tour
