Itinerary for the Templar Legacy Tour:
Day 1
- Departure from the Lisbon region
- Santarém - Visit to the Church of Santa Maria de Alcáçova and Church of São João Evangelista de Alfange
- Golegã - Visit to Quinta da Cardiga
- Almourol Castle - Stop for views of this imposing castle, located on an island in the Tagus River.
- Tomar - Visit to the historic center and the Convent of Christ, UNESCO World Heritage Site (Overnight stay)
Day 2
- Departure from Tomar
- Belver - Visit to the castle
- Amieira do Tejo – Climb to the castle walls
- Nisa - Visit to the castle and historic center, typical Alentejo lunch with tasting of regional products and the famous Nisa cheeses.
- Montalvão - Place where the last Portuguese Templar died
- Arneiro do Conhal - Visit to the ancient Roman gold mine
- Vila Velha de Rodão (Overnight stay)
Day 3
- Departure from Vila Velha de Ródão
- Torre do Rei Wamba – With spectacular views over the Portas do Ródão and the possibility of spotting a large colony of vultures and griffons.
- Castelo de Vide - visit to the castle, historic center, and the Jewish quarter
- Marvão - Visit to the castle and enjoy the sunset (Overnight stay)
Day 4
- Flor da Rosa - Visit to the Monastery
- Crato - Visit to the castle
- Avis – Exploration of a castle of the Order of Avis
- Arraiolos - Visit to the castle, one of the only circular ones worldwide, and visit to the historic center
- Arrival in the Lisbon region - End of the trip
